  1. Dispatch Errors: If a wrong product has been dispatched or if the received product does not match the item selected during order confirmation.
  2. Quality or Manufacturing Defect: If you identify any quality or manufacturing defect on the received product.
  3. Damaged Condition: If the product is received in a damaged condition.

  • We require the original packaging, including any foam and cushioning, for the safe return of the product, even if it is damaged, for our reference purposes.

Cancellation

We value your satisfaction and offer assistance with order cancellations. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at info@homecutehomedecors.com or reach us at the following numbers within 24 hours of placing your order:

Please be aware:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled or altered after 12 hours of placement.
  • Once an order is packed or shipped, cancellation is not possible, and non-acceptance will be treated as a return. For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, Home Cute Home reserves the right to deny future orders.

Hand-Made Products

For our hand-made products, slight differences in texture, color, and size may occur. These natural variations are not considered defects but rather add uniqueness to each piece crafted individually by artisans.

Return Process

  1. Our return policy is applicable within 7 days from the receipt of the product, valid only for damaged products, manufacturing defects, or incorrect items. Contact us at info@homecutehomedecors.com or at +31612467987 (10AM – 5PM) to initiate a return.
  2. Provide 2 images (one showing the damaged part and one of the entire product) to assess the reason for return. Send the images to info@homecutehomedecors.com for review by our Quality Assurance team.
  3. Upon acceptance of your return request, we will arrange for reverse pickup of the product. This process typically takes 2-3 working days for pickup and 7-10 days for delivery to our warehouse. Refunds will be initiated within 2-3 days of receipt and inspection of the merchandise by our quality assurance team.
  4. Items purchased as final sale are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-repairable.

Points to Remember

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, including tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping label, and invoice.
  • The product should be unused and in its original condition.
  • You will be required to print and provide 3 documents to the logistics company representative during pickup.
